Major General Miguel Giordano, Uruguayan Defense Attaché to the US, saddles up on horse led by Major James Marrinan, 2nd Company Governor's Horse Guard in Newtown, Connecticut on Aug 15, 2019. The visit was part of 20th Anniversary visit for the Uruguayan and Connecticut Guard State Partnership Program. The Uruguayan officers toured the state to understand the states capabilities and how they can work together to support each other's capabilities.
