The David Taylor Model Basin graphic was designed using Adobe Illustrator in October 2018 at Naval Surface Warfare Center, Carderock Division in West Bethesda, Md., to use as a large poster to easily describe the basin to visitors. Layout and design by Kathryn Ellis-Warfield, Navy civilian at NSWC Carderock Division.
