Service members may be reimbursed for rental car and lodging expenses if a POV is unavailable for pickup on the required delivery date, up to $30 per day for the first seven days, not to exceed $210. Additional costs may be the responsibility of the contractor. International Auto Logistics (IAL) will review and respond to claims within 40 calendar days.
