BETHESDA, Md. (Feb. 24, 2026) A graphic illustration to inform and showcase Tactical Casualty Care Course (TCCC) Tier Three with Sailors attached to Navy Medicine Readiness and Training Center (NMRTC) at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center (WRNMMC) Jan. 8, 2025. TCCC Tier three is catered specifically to Combat Medic or Corpsman, intended primarily for medical personnel, to include some licensed medical practitioners. NMRTC Bethesda mission is to maximize warfighter performance through optimized medical readiness tailored to operational requirements; enhance the readiness of the medical force to sustain expeditionary medical capability; and train and develop the Navy Medicine Force.
