Designed on March 30, 2026, using Adobe Illustrator, this graphic serves as the official morale logo for the 92nd Air Refueling Wing’s Wing Staff Agency (WSA) patches and apparel. The emblem honors unit heritage by combining the agency's historic griffin mascot with core design elements from the 92nd Air Refueling Wing patch. Standing atop a globe, the griffin represents the power, courage, and global protection of missions and locations supported by the WSA. In the background, two KC-135 Stratotankers reflect Fairchild Air Force Base's role as the home of the tanker fleet, substituting for the traditional arrows found on official heraldry. The phrase "Leads the Way" is derived from the WSA’s morale chant to emphasize camaraderie, while eighteen stars represent the eighteen distinct agencies within the organization. The colors in the design carry deep symbolic meaning: ultramarine blue represents the sky as the primary theater of Air Force operations, along with loyalty and truth; Air Force yellow represents the sun and the excellence required of personnel; white represents wisdom; and brown represents the earth.
