This commemorative graphic honors the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Seattle District's efforts to combat widespread flooding caused by two atmospheric rivers in December 2025. The design, originally hand-drawn before being vectorized, depicts the atmospheric rivers flowing from Poseidon’s trident over the Cascade Mountains.
