The Program Management Review is an annual meeting with the 55th Wing and Big Safari to review and plan acquisition and modification of RC, TC, and WC-135 portfolio of aircraft, stationed at Offutt Air Force Base, Neb. The poster depicts the 135 variants in an illustrated, stylized form and will be used for a variety of print and digital mediums to brand the event.
