This motion graphic was created using Adobe After Effects 2025 to showcase 3rd Marine Aircraft Wing Expeditionary Advanced Base Operations (EABO) training in California during exercise Steel Knight 25, Dec. 1-14, 2025. 3rd MAW executes EABO through the hub, spoke, node concept, which allows aviation units to operate from dispersed, expeditionary locations while remaining connected through resilient all-domain command and control. Steel Knight is an annual exercise that strengthens the Navy-Marine Corps team’s ability to respond forward, integrate across domains, and sustain Marine Air-Ground Task Force readiness.
