Effective Oct. 1, the Department of the Navy (DON) will be requiring its Navy and Marine Corps motorcycle riders to be registered in Motorcycle Unit Safety Tracking Tool (MUSTT). MUSTT is a module in the Risk Management Information (RMI) safety reporting system. With the ending of the legacy reporting system Enterprise Safety Application Management System (ESAMS), training data will now be in RMI's MUSTT.
