Meet SPC Angel Cooper, a crew chief with the 3rd Combat Aviation Brigade. His interest in the military began early, participating in his high school JROTC program before graduation. He turned that passion into a career, enlisting in 2022 as a helicopter repairer and quickly advancing to flight chief. As a flight chief, Cooper had the opportunity to fly with the Secretary of the Army and was even interviewed by ESPN during the AKC dog show back in May as part of the Army 250th Birthday’s Celebration.
