This 30“ x 44” plaque was created to honor Fire Chief Elmer William "Bill" Ross at the renaming of Fire Station 2. The graphic depicts Fire Chief Ross and an article about his accomplishment at the base and the Dayton community. The graphic was created in Adobe Photoshop and InDesign on August 1, 2025 at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio, and intended for use by the 88th Air Base Wing and all unit on the base.
