This graphic highlights updated risk management procedures for the 19th Airlift Wing, requiring the use of DD Form 2977 in accordance with Air Force Instruction 90-802 at Little Rock Air Force Base, Arkansas. Airmen must complete the form, obtain a safety review and approval, conduct post-event follow-up and upload documentation to the 19 AW/SE Risk Management SharePoint. Risk Assessments are required whenever hazards exist or conditions change and incorporate the Risk Assessment Matrix to determine probability, severity and overall risk.
