This logo was created using vector-based graphics and techniques in Adobe Illustrator to represent the Business Change Management (BCM) team at NATO Allied Command Transformation in Norfolk, Virginia, April 2023. It features the wing of a butterfly to represent the change and transformation that BCM promises to accomplish within the headquarters. Allied Command Transformation is NATO’s warfare development command located in North America, dedicated to preserving the peace, security, and territorial integrity of Alliance member states by leading the warfare development of military structures, forces, capabilities and doctrines.
