This identity design was created to represent the exercise Cold Response 26 Marine Air Ground Task Force Command Element. The design features a hand holding a flaming torch, representing the 2nd Marine Division, rising above arctic terrain beneath the northern lights, symbolizing guidance, resilience and command presence in extreme cold-weather environments. Additionally, the outline of Norway and rifle represents the military presence in the High-North. A key component of NATO's enhanced vigilance activity Arctic Sentry, exercise Cold Response 26 is a Norwegian-led winter military exercise designed to enhance collective defense capabilities and ensure U.S. readiness to rapidly deploy and seamlessly operate alongside NATO Allies in challenging arctic conditions.
