The 2023-2027 DoD Cyber Workforce Strategy has been published. The Office of the DoD Chief Information Officer led the successful coordination of this important strategy, which sets the foundation for how the DoD will foster a cyber workforce capable of executing the Department’s complex and varied cyber missions. DoD CIO provides the programs, policies, tools, and resources that enable the Department to identify, recruit, develop, and retain an agile and effective cyber workforce that is the most capable and dominant force in the world (DoD CIO graphic by Andrew Grage).
