This layout was designed as part of the National Security Agency’s effort for the reauthorization of the FISA Section 702 authority. This newspaper-style design highlights recently declassified FISA Section 702 mission successes, such as mitigating and preventing ransomware attacks, gaining insights into foreign cartels and trafficking of fentanyl into the U.S., and cyberattacks on U.S. public infrastructure. This product was created in response to the multiple requests from congressional members and their staffs that in order to vote in favor of reauthorization of the authority, they need unclassified information that clearly conveys what FISA Section 702 is, as well as its importance to issues that their constituents care about. This graphic was creating using Adobe Illustrator and Indesign.
