The Army Substance Abuse Program (ASAP) held a Suicide/Behavioral Health Symposium at the Patch Kaserne, Swabian Special Event Center, Apr. 17, 2019. The design incorporates the yellow ribbon signifying Suicide Awareness along with a background image of hanging military i.d. tags that represents fallen Soldiers as layer using Adobe Photoshop. The graphic was designed Mar. 4, 2019 at TSC Stuttgart, Panzer Kaserne, Stuttgart, Germany and intended for use by ASAP to promote the event within the Stuttgart community.
