“What I can give my soldiers being a leader is knowledge and the competence of conducting maintenance without me around. I have confidence in my team to step back and make spot corrections because one day these guys are going to take my position.”
Meet Sergeant Kevin Everly, a dedicated team leader and helicopter repair specialist. After graduating from high school, he approached his local recruiter and eagerly accepted a position in aviation, a decision he’s never regretted.
Throughout his service, Kevin has experienced remarkable opportunities, including training in Finland and deployment in Germany as part of the historic NATO partnership. These moments stand out as some of the most memorable and impactful experiences of his military career.
