The U.S. Coast Guard Cutter Barque Eagle (WIX-327), particiaptes in Portland Rose Festival in Portland, Oregon, June 5-8, 2025. The Coast Guard uses the Eagle to train cadets and officer candidates, teaching them practical seamanship skills while indoctrinating them in the Coast Guard’s afloat leadership laboratory.
