In an effort to drive lasting and positive change across Norfolk Naval Shipyard (NNSY), the shipyard has recently launched the new Command and Control (C2) Reorganization to define leadership roles across a newly established Executive Steering Committee (ESC). This five-person ESC, under the Shipyard Commander, provides single points of accountability across the shipyard’s focal areas, driving core mission and providing better support to the deckplates.
