This layout and design was created in Adobe Photoshop 2026 to inform the public of the commissioning of Coast Guard Cutter Frederick Mann (WPC 1160) in Kodiak, Alaska, May 26, 2026. The commissioning marked the third Fast Response Cutter to homeport in Kodiak, each named after Coast Guardsmen who distinguished themselves in the line of duty.
