Naval Surface Warfare Center, Port Hueneme Division (NSWC PHD) is the primary combat and weapon support agent for the U.S. Navy's surface fleet. As such, it must flex to meet the Navy’s needs - now and in the future - to not only building a winning Navy team but to outpace development of capabilities against near-peer competitors. NSWC PHD’s recent reorganization has improved and streamlined how this command does business as a team, and how its work is aligned in support of customers and the fleet. With this reorganization came new department names and logos. Here is the Combat Systems, Test & Evaluation Department logo created December 21, 2022 by Jeric Gambon.
