Founded on June 14, 1775, the Army has stood as the premier land force of our nation. While we are strictly a Navy town here at America’s Shipyard, we know that defending this country takes a joint effort. The work we do on the waterfront to keep our fleet mission-ready directly supports the joint-force operations that our Soldiers rely on across the globe.
To all the active duty Soldiers, Army Reservists, National Guard members, Army Veterans, and civilian personnel working alongside us—thank you for your service, your sacrifice, and your steadfast commitment to our nation.
