This U.S. Air Force graphic created by the 19th Airlift Wing Public Affairs office using Adobe Illustrator promotes an anger management Lunch and Learn scheduled for Sept. 10, 2026, at Little Rock Air Force Base, Arkansas. The graphic uses an iceberg illustration to show how emotions such as fear, stress, frustration, and loneliness can contribute to outward expressions of anger and highlights topics such as warning signs, coping strategies, and healthy conflict resolution. Tied into the Herk Nation Cares and Suicide Prevention Month campaigns, this graphic was designed for print and digital distribution to encourage members of the Little Rock AFB community to recognize underlying emotions, develop healthy coping skills, and connect with available support resources.
