From Hawaii to the farthest reaches of the Indo-Pacific, the U.S. Army's 311th Signal Command (Theater) delivers the secure communications that connect warfighters across 16 time zones. As the Army's premier theater signal command, the multi-component organization of active-duty and Reserve Soldiers and Army civilians operates and defends the Army portion of the Department of Defense Information Network-Army, extending critical network capabilities to the tactical edge. Through Talisman Sabre and other multinational training events, the command enables multidomain operations and strengthens interoperability with joint, allied and partner forces throughout the region.
