As part of the Norfolk NATO Festival’s line-up of events and in the NATO spirit of international friendship, the Rugby Exhibition Match between the French Army XV du Pacifique team and the local Norfolk Blues team took place on April 28 at Powhatan Field, Old Dominion University.
The 66th annual Norfolk NATO Festival continued its program of activities on the beautiful sunny morning of April 27 with the highly anticipated annual Parade of Nations, the only parade in the United States honouring NATO.
