                            Camp Lemonnier, DJIBOUTI (Feb. 7, 2017) A U.S. Marine with the Maritime Raid Force (MRF), 11th Marine Expeditionary Unit, signals a CH-53E Super Stallion carrying MRF Marines during helicopter rope suspension technique (HRST) training conducted near Camp Lemonnier, Djibouti, Feb. 7. HRST, which includes fast-roping, rappelling, and special purpose insertion/extraction (SPIE) rigging, allows Marines to rapidly insert onto or extract from a specified landing site by aircraft.
