    Capt. Eugene Porter, the assistant chief of staff with 3D Marine Expeditionary Brigade, colors with Okinawan children at Yugafu Church, in Okinawa, Japan, March 3, 2017, after preparing plates of food for them as part of a community outreach event. This was the second time 3D MEB Marines and Sailors have participated in what will become a quarterly event.
