Staff Sgt. Victor M. Trinidad representing U.S. Army Korea, fires at various targets in a battle drill as part of the weapons qualification test Oct. 4, at Fort Lee, Va. Trinidad and 11 other non-commissioned officers are competing for the title of Department of the Army Best Warrior. The 12 NCOs and an additional 12 Soldiers will spend this week at Fort Lee competing in events such as the board, land navigation and warrior tasks. The winners will be announced at a ceremony, Oct. 8, in the District of Columbia. Trinidad is currently assigned as a vocalist in the Eighth U.S. Army Band located at Seoul, Korea. Trinidad, who hails from Toa Baja, Puerto Rico., has served in the Army for four years.
