Spc. Heyz T. Seeker, representing U.S. Army Special Operations Command, secures a prisoner as part of the common tasks test Oct. 4, at Fort Lee, Va. Seeker and 11 other Soldiers are competing for the title of Department of the Army Best Warrior. The 12 Soldiers and an additional 12 non-commissioned officers will spend this week at Fort Lee competing in events such as the board, weapons, land navigation and warrior tasks. The winners will be announced at a ceremony, Oct. 8, in the District of Columbia. Seeker is currently assigned as an infantryman in the 1st Battalion, 75th Ranger Regiment, located at Hunter Army Airfield in Savannah, Ga. He hails from Grover, Calif. Seeker has served 10 years in the Army and is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Economics.
