Multiple military helicopters are parked on what appears to be the flight deck of a naval vessel in heavy fog or overcast conditions. The helicopters have their rotor blades folded back, a standard procedure for shipboard storage to conserve deck space. At least two personnel are visible walking on the wet deck in the background.
