A U.S. Air National Guard Civil Engineer provides care to a simulated casualty during tactical medical training at Patriot Forge II at Ft. Devens Army Reserve Training Area, Massachusetts, Aug. 11, 2026. During the exercise, ANG civil engineers practiced tangible, cross-functional combat skills with a focus on tactical medicine, convoy operations, and infantry tasks to make them more lethal and survivable.
