A U.S. Air National Guard Col. Michael Kelley, 102nd Mission Support Group commander, observes Airmen during a training evolution at Patriot Forge II at Ft. Devens Army Reserve Training Area, Massachusetts, Aug. 13, 2026. The exercise served as training to support and enable Agile Combat Employment (ACE) and the skills needed to generate distributed airpower in a near-peer contested environment. 200 personnel from four squadrons trained to enhance the warfighter ethos and readiness for a peer/near-peer fight, regional interoperability, and development of multi-capable Airmen.
