Jeffrey Czerewko, commander, Naval Education and Training Command (NETC) engages with senior leadership from Navy Talent Acquisition Group (NTAG) Southwest at the command headquarters on Naval Base Point Loma Harbor Annex, Sept. 20, 2023. Czerewko met with senior leadership and Sailors to discuss ongoing recruiting efforts during his visit seeking information from the people at the recruiting deck plates. As the owner of the Force Development pillar within MyNavy HR, NETC recruits, trains and delivers those who serve our nation, taking them from "street to fleet" by transforming civilians into highly skilled, operational, and combat ready warfighters.
