Staff Sgt. Samuel Felix, an aerospace medical technician, 155th Medical Group Detachment-1, inflates a treatment tent, Feb. 7, 2026, at the Nebraska National Guard air base in Lincoln, Nebraska. Airmen established a controlled environment for triage, treatment, and patient stabilization operations during a Chemical Biological Radiological Nuclear (CBRN) Enhanced Response Force Package exercise to support a simulated large-scale emergency. This simulation was a part of a four-day Combat Readiness Inspection testing the deployment readiness and the supporting infrastructure required to execute wartime operations.
