Airmen with the 155th Medical Group Detachment-1, secure the guy-lines from the treatment tent to a cement barrier, Feb. 7, 2026, at the Nebraska National Guard air base in Lincoln, Nebraska. The tent served as a forward medical node where Airmen assigned to the Chemical Biological Radiological Nuclear (CBRN) Enhanced Response Force Package practiced operating in austere conditions while maintaining medical standards. This simulation was a part of a four-day Combat Readiness Inspection testing the deployment readiness and the supporting infrastructure required to execute wartime operations.
