Airman with the 155th Security Forces Squadron triages a casualty during a simulated drone attack at the Nebraska National Guard air base in Lincoln, Nebraska, Feb. 7, 2026. The Airman provided tactical combat casualty care and maintained security until medical personnel could arrive to evacuate the casualty to safety.
