Airman with the 155th Security Forces Squadron triages a casualty during a simulated drone attack at the Nebraska National Guard air base in Lincoln, Nebraska, Feb. 7, 2026. The Airman provided tactical combat casualty care and maintained security until medical personnel could arrive to evacuate the casualty to safety. The simulated attack was part of a Combat Readiness Inspection designed to replicate the pressures and challenges of real-world adversarial strikes.
