The portable X-ray scan allows airmen to identify internal wiring, power supplies, and potential initiators within a suspicious package during a four-day Combat Readiness Inspection. The exercise provided an environment for airmen to operate under compressed timelines, to execute deployment tasks efficiently and effectively, and to replicate the pressures of real-world operations while reinforcing rapid-mobilization capability.
