CHICAGO (March 14, 2017) Capt. Michael Garrick, commanding officer of Recruit Training Command (RTC), Great Lakes, Illinois, issues the Oath of Enlistment to new recruits in the National Basketball Association Chicago Bulls practice facility, the Advocate Center, here, March 14. Eighty-four Chicago, Indiana, Wisconsin and Michigan young men were sworn into the Navy and the annual Bulls Recruit Division by Garrick at the facility, next to the Bulls home court, The United Center. The enlistment ceremony was coordinated by Navy Recruiting District Chicago (NRD) and held in front of Bulls, NRD, RTC officials and more than 150 parents and family members.
