CHICAGO (March 14, 2017) Capt. Michael Garrick, commanding officer of Recruit Training Command (RTC), Great Lakes, Illinois, is interviewed by a video crew from the National Basketball Association Chicago Bulls in the Advocate Center, the Bulls practice facility here, March 14. Eighty-four Chicago, Indiana, Wisconsin and Michigan young men were sworn into the Navy and the annual Bulls Recruit Division by Garrick at the facility, next to the Bulls home court, The United Center. The enlistment ceremony was coordinated by Navy Recruiting District Chicago (NRD) and held in front of Bulls, NRD, RTC officials and more than 150 parents and family members.
