260127-A-UA435-1001 NAVAL SUPPORT ACTIVITY BAHRAIN (Jan. 27, 2026) Naval Security Forces Bahrain, Fire and Emergency Department, and local Bahrain first responders conducted a mass casualty drill onboard Naval Support Activity Bahrain. On March 12, USS Gerald R. Ford (CVN 78) experienced a fire that originated in the ship’s main laundry spaces. The cause of the fire was not combat-related and is contained.
