A military briefing or address is taking place indoors in front of a large American flag. A senior military figure in Marine Corps MARPAT (woodland digital camouflage) stands with his back to the camera, addressing a group of personnel wearing U.S. Air Force Airman Battle Uniforms (ABU). The setting appears to be a hangar or large military facility.
