Graduating recruits enter at the final Recruit Training Command pass-in-review graduation of 2012 here in the USS Midway Ceremonial Drill Hall, Dec. 28. Rear Adm. Dee L. Mewbourne, new commander, Naval Service Training Command (NSTC), was the reviewing officer of 613 new Sailors beginning their Navy careers.
