The 86th Airlift Wing hosts Civil Air Patrol cadets during a CAP European Encampment at Ramstein Air Base, Germany, July 9-17, 2026. A total of 80 cadets from throughout the United States and Europe immersed themselves in learning about multiple aeronautical career fields including air traffic control, aircraft maintainers, weather specialists and more across the installation.
