A military helicopter crew member in flight gear observes a large naval vessel (amphibious assault ship) from an open helicopter door. The ship bears the hull number '6' on its island superstructure, consistent with a US Navy amphibious assault ship. The aerial perspective shows the ship's flight deck populated with aircraft and ground support equipment.
