As America’s Dynamic Cyberspace Wing, it is the only cyberspace wing in the Air Force that offers full-spectrum cyber and warfighter communications capabilities under one command umbrella including Defensive Cyber-Operations (DCO), Offensive Cyber-Operations (OCO), Department of Defense Information Network (DoDIN) operations, Command and Control (C2), and Expeditionary Communications. As Reservists, members of the 960th often balance civilian careers in technology, communications, and cybersecurity with their military service. This dual experience delivers valuable industry knowledge to military operations while the military environment provides Citizen Airmen with advanced training and leadership opportunities rarely found in the civilian sector.
