A USS Mustin naval sailor is signing autographs for a group of Cub Scouts in blue uniforms with yellow neckerchiefs. The children are smiling and holding clipboards or papers already filled with multiple signatures. The scene appears to take place outdoors at a public event, likely in Japan based on the children's appearance and surrounding environment.

SHIMODA, Japan (May 20, 2017) Sailors assigned to the Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Mustin (DDG 89) give autographs to Japanese cub scouts during the 78th Shimoda Black Ship Festival. The Navy’s participation in the festival celebrates the heritage of U.S.-Japanese naval partnership first established by Commodore Matthew Perry’s 1853 arrival to Japan. For more than 160 years, the United States has established a heritage of naval presence in the Indo-Asia-Pacific region to promote partnership, prosperity, and maritime security.
