    U.S. Army Spc. James Wyman, a combat medic assigned to the 603rd Military Police Company, 109th Military Police Battalion, waits to have his weapon cleared and declared safe by a range safety during the range operations portion of the 603rd Dark Knight competition at Ādaži Military Base, Latvia, Sept. 8, 2026.
