    U.S. Army Sgt. Ross Storm, a military police officer assigned to the 603rd Military Police Company, 109th Military Police Battalion, fits a night observation device to his advanced combat helmet prior to a nighttime M4 carbine range as part of the Dark Knight competition held at Ādaži Military Base, Latvia, Sept. 8, 2026.
